Senior Account Manager – Renewables, Siemens Energy

Linette Casey has established herself as an expert in driving the renewable energy transition and finding sustainable solutions for energy-intensive industries. She has worked in numerous business roles in the energy field, including logistics, procurement, and sales. She collaborates with customers across the energy industry—including industrial, utility, and renewable sectors—on both local and global scales. In her current role as Senior Account Manager – Renewables, Casey works across the renewable energy field—from onshore and offshore wind to solar and storage—supporting a range of clients that include engineering, procurement and construction companies; developers; startups; utilities; and regulating bodies.

Casey is dedicated to mentoring and developing strong women and girls. She is the Regional Director of Women’s Energy Network Global, was a founding member of the Boston Chapter of the Women’s Energy Network, and served as the chapter’s President in 2022. Under her leadership, the Boston Chapter instituted a college scholarship for young women entering energy careers. She is featured as a Trailblazer in the children’s book Everyday Superheroes: Women in Energy Careers. Casey was also honored with the Distinguished Alumna Award from Maine Maritime Academy, received the Excellence in Character Award (formerly the Woman of the Year Award) from PowerGen International, and was named one of the Top 10 Global Women in Sustainability by TE100.

Casey’s educational background includes an MS in Management from Troy University, a BS in International Business and Logistics from Maine Maritime Academy (Casey was the first female graduate in the major), and a graduate certificate in Corporate Sustainability and Innovation from Harvard Extension School. She is also a certified Six Sigma Blackbelt.
